The MODISH Frequently Asked Questions page organises general guidance on products, sizes, orders, delivery, returns and contacting the team.
It is a useful first reference when you want to understand what information you need and which section to visit next. A general answer does not replace the information for a selected item or show the status of an individual order. Read every condition in its full context and make a direct enquiry when the case depends on personal details or a specific number.
Start with the type of question
Place the topic in one of four groups: a product feature, choice of size or option, an action concerning an order, or a general delivery or return condition. This distinction saves you from searching through unrelated answers. If you have two different issues, consider them separately because the required information and next step may differ.
For a product question, find the exact item page. From women's clothing, you can navigate to a specific apparel group, while plus-size clothing provides a separate sizing context. The category name is for orientation; specific information must be checked on the product page.
What to check for a product
Note the product name and the option you are viewing. If the page displays colour or size options, specify the one you are considering. For a bag, open women's bags and use dimensions, carrying method and internal organisation only when published. For another type of accessory, use accessories and focus on the features that matter for its use.
Do not infer material, composition, protection, compatibility or another feature from an image or general name. If the information is absent, the question should identify the exact missing detail. Instead of asking generally, “Is there any more information?”, state the product, selected option and the particular measurement or property you need.
How to approach sizing
A size label is a starting point, not a guarantee of the same fit across different styles. If measurements in centimetres are published for the product, compare them with a similar garment of your own that fits the way you prefer. For a top, select the relevant widths and lengths; for a bottom, look for waist, hip and overall length measurements when provided. Do not mix published measurements between different styles.
For a combined or one-size option, read the entire stated range. If a value required for your decision is missing, ask one measurable question. Add how you want the garment to fit—more loosely or closer to the body—without expecting height and weight alone to determine the silhouette.
When an order number is needed
A question about a specific order cannot be resolved using general FAQ text alone. Have its number ready if available and describe the observed issue in one or two sentences. For this type of check, use the MODISH contact details. Do not send passwords, banking details or access codes.
If you are requesting a correction, distinguish between what appears in the confirmation and what you want checked. Do not present the requested change as already approved. If the question concerns more than one item, specify which order line you mean so that the clarification is not applied to another product.
Delivery and returns without assumptions
For these topics, use the published wording on scope, timeframes, required actions and exceptions. Archived text, another person's order or a post in a different channel does not determine the conditions for your case. Note which rule you have read and which part remains unclear instead of choosing an interpretation simply because it suits you.
If the information shown for your order appears different from the general answer, describe both versions without drawing a conclusion about the reason. Provide only the personal details needed to identify the case and use a published contact channel rather than a public space.
Navigation based on your intention
The New arrivals collection is a separate navigational selection; its name alone does not show when a product was added. If you have not yet chosen a product group, return to the MODISH home page and follow the main navigation. The FAQ page provides help with general questions; it does not describe individual items.
For an introduction to the store, visit the About the Company page. For editorial content, use the blog. These sections are informational and should not replace terms, product features or an answer about a specific order.
Three practical scenarios
If a size cannot be selected, first check the exact style and colour, then ask only about the relevant option. If two general sections appear similar, compare their titles, scope and exceptions. If the issue concerns an order, stop the general search and contact the store with the order number and a brief timeline.
When an answer includes an example, separate the example from the rule. A similar situation does not guarantee the same outcome. Check whether the product, option, stage and stated conditions match. A missing requirement should become a specific question, not a guess.
Send a short, clear enquiry
A good enquiry includes a subject, an exact identifier and one clear request. For a product, this means its name or link and the option; for an order, its number and stage; for a general condition, the title of the section you read. Include only the information needed for an answer and separate unrelated topics.
Before sending, read the message from the perspective of someone who has not seen the case. If the style, number or clarification required is not immediately identifiable, add the missing information. This allows the FAQ centre to fulfil its proper role: guiding you to the correct information and appropriate next action without placing the burden of conclusions about an individual case on the general text.
